In this article, you'll find a complete guide to finding, connecting, and managing your distributor relationships on Ondustry.

Web

Your Three Network Views

At the top of the Distributors section, you'll find three tabs:

My Network: All your active, connected distributors live here.

Pending: Any connection requests you've sent that haven't been accepted yet appear here. For each pending distributor you have two options:

  • Resend — send the connection request again as a reminder.

  • Withdraw — cancel the request if you've changed your mind.

Expand: This tab shows distributor recommendations other businesses on Ondustry that you're not yet connected with. Browse the suggestions and tap Connect to send a connection request to any distributor you'd like to work with.

Inside a Distributor Profile

Clicking on any connected distributor opens their full profile. Here you'll find six tabs, each giving you a different type of information:

Products: Browse the distributor's complete product catalog. When you find what you need, tap Add to PO to add it directly to an existing purchase order or create a new one.

You can also search within the catalog using the search bar at the top, making it easy to find a specific product even in large catalogs.

Contacts: Shows the distributor's primary location, their headquarters address, website, and social media links so you can find and follow them across channels. If the distributor operates from multiple locations, all additional addresses are listed below the primary one.

Announcements: All active promotions, product launches, and updates from this distributor. Tap any announcement to read it in full and slide through any attached images.

News Feed: The distributor's Feed posts, product photos, company updates, and industry news shared directly with their network.

Notes: Your private, internal notes about this distributor. Capture project context, client requirements, pricing discussions, or anything else worth remembering. Only you can see these notes.

Documents: Shared files between you and the distributor agreements, catalogs, reference materials, and more.

Disconnecting from a Distributor

If you need to remove a distributor from your network, click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner of their profile and select the remove connection. A confirmation prompt will appear before the connection is removed.
