Your Pricebook is your product catalog on Ondustry. Once uploaded, every connected dealer instantly sees your full list with up-to-date pricing.
Before You Start
Supported files: XLS, XLSX, CSV
No template? Download the blank one from the upload screen, fill it in, and save as .csv or .xlsx
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in at ondustry.com
Click Pricebook (left menu)
Click Import Pricebook (top right)
4. Drag & drop your file (or click Upload)
5. Add a title → click Next: Mapping
6. Map your columns — match your file's columns to Ondustry's fields (or use Automap)
7. Preview — check everything looks right; remove any items you don't want
8. Add product images (optional but recommended)
9. Choose dealer access — share with all connected dealers, or just specific ones
Once done, your Pricebook is live, and your dealers will see the updated catalog immediately.
