The Pricebook is where all your products live on Ondustry. Uploading your catalog is straightforward. Once it's in, your connected dealers will have instant access to your full product list with up-to-date pricing. Here's how to do it.
Before You Start
Make sure your file is ready to upload. Ondustry supports the following formats: XLS, XLSX, and CSV.

Download the blank template and open it in Excel or any spreadsheet software.
Fill in your product details and save the file as a .csv or .xlsx file.
Upload the completed file using the Import Pricebook button.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in Go to ondustry.com, enter your login credentials, and sign in to your account.
Click the Pricebook button on the left side of the screen. You'll see any previously imported pricebooks listed here.
Start a new import. To upload a new catalog, click the Import Pricebook button in the top right corner of the screen.
Drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click Upload to browse and select it from your device. Once your file is uploaded, add a title for your Pricebook to keep things organized, then click Next: Mapping.
Map your data: Match the columns from your file to the correct product fields in Ondustry. This tells the platform which column is the product name, which is the price, code etc. Once everything is mapped correctly, proceed to the next step. You can also use the Automap option.
Preview: Review how your products will look once imported. If something looks off, go back and adjust your mapping. You can select products and delete them from the list.
Media upload: Upload product images to go alongside your catalog.
Dealer Access: Choose which dealers in your network will have access to this Pricebook. You can make it available to all connected dealers or restrict it to specific ones.
Once done, your Pricebook is live, and your dealers will see the updated catalog immediately.
