Need to add new products to a pricebook that's already live? Since updating a pricebook means replacing its file, the safest way to do this is to start from your current file and build on it. Follow the steps below to see how šš»
Please note: this is currently available only on the web version
Open the file you originally used for this pricebook.
Add your new products as new rows, using the same columns as your existing products.
Go to Pricebook from the left menu.
āFind the pricebook you want to update.
Click Edit pricebook (top right).
Click Replace products via file and upload your updated file.

Click Save.
Your existing products stay exactly as they are. Only the new ones you added get picked up.
