Creating a dealer account on Ondustry takes just a few minutes. The process starts by searching for your company. If it's already in the Ondustry network, you can claim it instantly. If not, you'll add it manually in a few simple steps.

Your Company Is Already Listed
Open the Ondustry app on your iOS or Android device.
Tap on the Create an account.
Type your company name in the search bar and tap Search. If your company appears in the results, tap on it.
A prompt will appear asking, "Is this your company?" Tap Yes, my company.
A verification email will be sent to your email address. Open it and click the link inside.
After clicking the link, you'll be prompted to create your password. Enter it, and your account will be activated and ready to use.
Your Company Is Not Listed
If your company doesn't appear in the search results, you can add it in just a few steps.
After searching, if no match is found, tap Add new business. The company name you typed will carry over automatically.
Fill in your company’s details. These will appear on your public profile so distributors can find and contact you:
Company name
Company email
Phone number
Website URL
Tap Continue when done.
Enter your company address:
Address line 1 (required) and
Address line 2 (optional)
City, State
ZIP code
Tap Continue.
Create your personal account.
First name and Last name
Email address
Password
Tap Continue and verify your email address.
A verification link will be sent to your email address. Check your inbox and your spam folder, just in case, then click the link to activate your account and complete the setup.

Your Company Is Already Listed
Type your company name into the search field.
If your company appears in the results, click on it.
A screen will ask if this is your company. Click Yes, my company to continue, or No, not my company to go back.
If your company is already on Ondustry, you'll see a confirmation message. If you're part of that company's team, ask your company admin to create a sub-account for you. If you're not affiliated with them, click Customer Support for help.
Your Company Is Not Listed
If your company doesn't appear in the results, you can add it manually.
Type your company name and select Add business with this name.
Fill in the details that will appear on your public profile:
Company name
Company email
Phone number
Company address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
Website URL
Then continue to the next step.
Create your login
Enter your personal account details:
First name and Last name
Email address
Password and Confirm Password
Then confirm that you're authorised to represent the business, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and complete the verification check.
Verify your email
A verification link will be sent to your email. Open it, click the link, set your password, and your account will be activated and ready to use.
Note: If you search for your company and see a message that it has already been claimed, tap Customer Support to get help, or contact the company directly using the phone number or website shown on screen.
Once your account is verified, you're ready to start browsing distributor catalogs, placing orders, and connecting with your partners on Ondustry.
