How to Change Your Email Address

In this article, you'll find a guide on how to update the email address linked to your Ondustry account, on both web and mobile.

Here's how to change it on each platform.

Web

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom-left menu, then select My Info from the Account Settings menu.

  2. Under the Username section, tap Change Username.

  3. In the pop-up, you'll see your current username displayed for reference. Enter your new email address.

  4. Enter your current password to confirm the change.

  5. Tap Save.

Mobile

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the Home screen, then select My Info.

  2. Under the Security section, tap the refresh icon next to User name.

  3. In the New User Name screen, your current email is shown partially masked for reference.

  4. Enter your new email address.

  5. Enter your current password to confirm.

  6. Tap Change.
