How to Manage Your Announcements

In this article, you'll find a guide to managing, editing, and tracking your announcements on Ondustry.

Once you've published or drafted announcements, the Announcements dashboard gives you a full overview of everything that's live, what's scheduled, what's still a draft, and how your content is performing.

The Announcements Dashboard

All your announcements are listed in a table with the following columns 👇

Status: Every announcement will have one of four statuses:

  • Active: Currently live and visible to the selected audience.

  • Scheduled: Set to go live at a future date and time.

  • Draft: Saved but not yet published.

  • Archived: No longer active.

  • Start date and End date: The period during which the announcement is visible.

  • Audience: Either All (public) or the specific locations selected for custom connections.

  • Impressions: The number of times the announcement has been viewed by dealers.

Editing an Announcement

Announcements in any status can be edited at any time. Click Edit next to the announcement and you'll be taken back to the original creation screen where you can update the title, description, images, audience, or schedule.

Deleting an Announcement

Click Delete next to any announcement. Delete to confirm, or Cancel to go back.

Mobile

From the Home screen, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
In the Settings menu, tap Announcements.
At the top of the screen, use the tabs to filter your announcements by status:

  • Active

  • Scheduled

  • Archived

  • Draft

Open any announcement, then tap Edit or Delete.

How Dealers See Your Announcements

All published announcements whether they include images or a PDF appear on the dealer's side under the Distributors section, inside the Announcements tab of your distributor profile.

Dealers assigned to the relevant locations will automatically see location-specific announcements.
