Once your client approves, you don't need to start over. You can convert any product in a selection directly into a purchase order by tapping the cart icon on the product. From there, the standard PO flow takes over: select or create a PO, confirm the details, and place the order.

From the Home screen, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
In the menu, tap Selection to see all your saved lists.
Tap the selection you want to work with.
On any product, tap the cart icon. From there, the standard PO flow takes over — select an existing purchase order or create a new one, confirm the details, and place the order.
