From browsing a distributor's catalog to a finalized PO, all in one flow. Here's how it works.
Web
Add Products
Select Distributors from the left menu
Pick the distributor you want to order from
Find your item on the Products tab
Tap Add to PO
5. Choose Create new PO, or add it to an existing draft
Review Your PO
Go to Orders → POs tab → open your PO
Fill in PO Details (PO number, name)
Confirm Shipping Info (Ships to / Will Call, location, contact)
Double-check products, quantity, and total
Tap Place order
Your PO goes straight to the distributor
The distributor then reviews and confirms your PO. Once they do, it's converted into an invoice.

Add Products
Tap Distributors from the bottom menu
Pick the distributor you want to order from
Find your item and tap the cart icon
Add it to an existing PO or create a new one
Review Your PO
Tap the menu icon (top-left) → POs
Select your order
Check PO number, job name, distributor & shipping details
Once you tap Place order, your PO is sent automatically to the distributor.
The distributor then reviews and confirms your PO. Once they do, it's converted into an invoice.
