Managing Notifications as a Distributor

In this article, you'll find a guide on how to control which notifications you receive on Ondustry.

Ondustry lets you fine-tune exactly which updates you want to be notified about. Here's how to manage your notification preferences.

Web

From your dashboard, go to Settings, then select Notifications from the Account Settings menu.

Two Types of Notifications

At the top of the Notifications screen, you can switch between two delivery methods:

  • Email notifications — updates sent to your email inbox.

  • Push notifications — alerts sent directly to your device.

You can set your preferences separately for each, so you might choose to get some updates by email and others as push notifications.

What You Can Control

Notifications are grouped into categories, each with its own toggles. Turn any notification on or off with a single tap.

Connection

  • Request to Connect: When you receive a new connection request.

  • Request to Accept: When a connection is accepted.

  • Connection Removed: When a dealer removes you from their connections.

  • Connection Declined:  When a dealer declines your connection invite.

Dealer Info

  • Dealer Company Information Update: When a dealer updates their company details.

  • Dealer Location Update: When a dealer updates their location.

User

  • User Information Update: When a user's information is updated.

To turn a notification on or off, simply tap the toggle next to it. Your changes are saved automatically.

Mobile

From the Home screen, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
In the Settings menu, tap Notification settings.
At the top of the screen, switch between two options:

  • Mobile Notifications — alerts sent directly to your device.

  • Email Notifications — updates sent to your email inbox.

That's all it takes to tailor your notifications exactly the way you want them. Set them up once, and Ondustry keeps you informed about what matters most to your business.

If you need any help along the way, our support team is always here for you. Just reach out via the in-app or website chat.
