If you’ve forgotten your password:
On the Log In screen, tap Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
(Optional) Use a trusted password generator to create a strong password and save it in a secure place.
Check your email and click the reset link you receive.
Paste or enter your new password and save it.
If you remember your password but want to reset it, you can do so in your account settings.
Web
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom-left menu, then select My Info from the Account Settings menu.
Under the Password section, tap Change Password.
Enter your current password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Tap Save.
If you've forgotten your current password, tap Forgot your password? in the same pop-up instead of entering it manually.
Mobile
Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the Home screen, then select My info.
Under the Security section, tap the refresh icon next to Password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password. It needs to be at least 8 characters and include a mix of symbols, uppercase letters, and numbers.
Repeat your new password to confirm, then tap Save.
